Hm, the mention of using points to help in sysop appointment decisions bugs me a bit. I'm afraid of some idiots being all, "I've got more bounty points than him, why is HE a sysop!?" and the like. Not to mention the, "How many points does it take to get promoted?" folk that I also imagine existing. Think I'd rather keep the public image of it merely an exercise in momentary fame.

[edit section] Maybe a bug
When I clicked twice the random page link, I arrived to a page that said this:
- The database did not find the text of a page that it should have found, named "H.E.A.T.".
- This is usually caused by following an outdated diff or history link to a page that has been deleted.
- If this is not the case, you may have found a bug in the software. Please report this to an administrator, making note of the URL.

- Thanks. That article had some bizarre things going on in the database. I've just wiped out all if its data, so we can start the article again from scratch. It wasn't a huge deal, just one of Ed's weapons. —CountAlpicola 12:13, 20 March 2007 (PDT)
