No official name has been given to this character. She clearly works for Sony which one of her duties is rebuilding employee faces. Her hair style could be considered "mad scientist style" or "Frankenstein style."
As of March 30, 2008, she has only appeared in only one strip. She most likely has the record for the most lines of a character to have only appeared in a single strip. The scene is much to that of a Batman scene, which Ed acts like the Joker in breaking the mirror after seeing his new face.
