Shinjuku (新宿) is a large business and shopping district in Tokyo, Japan, built on the spot of a former reservoir. It houses many large skyscrapers and smaller shopping areas, and includes the famous Shinjuku Chuo Park (aka Shinjuju Central Park). Shinjuku station is known to be one of the busiest train stations in the world.
