Sea of Illumination

The Sea of Illumination is the rooftop beer garden down the block from MegaGamers where the drunken disaster at the end of Chapter 2 takes place. It is called Hikari no Umi in Japanese by the waitstaff.

Much to Largo's delight, they have the 'big mugs' of beer and are proof that beer gardens do occur outside Canada.
