This category contains a list of all pages and other items (hereafter pages) which contain content that is believed to be under copyright but is nevertheless available here under the belief that this wiki is making Fair Use of the content. Due to legal considerations, editors should be cautious about the inclusion of Fair Use content and are encouraged, whenever possible, to generate their own content or to borrow from the Public Domain.

Content in this category should always include a notice of copyright which may be added either by using {{License-FU|source}} or some other means stating:

1. That the content of the page is believed to be making a Fair Use of some copyrighted material
2. The source from which the content was originally copied
   • A direct link to the original source is preferable wherever possible

Content in this category produced by Fred Gallagher in connection with the MegaTokyo webcomic should include the {{Comic-fairuse}} template. This applies particularly to images used, but also to rants, forum posts, character speech, and any other official MegaTokyo content. Short direct quotations from the comic (a sentence or two) may be used without making an explicit statement that it is being Fairly Used.
